Returns Policy

Goods that are ordered incorrectly or that are no longer required.

• HPP must be informed of all relevant details such as order number, and agree to any return.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• A 20% restocking charge will apply.
• Manufactured items cannot be returned.
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be fit for re-sale. They must not be damaged and packaging must not be defaced.
• The customer is responsible for any return costs, such as shipping and packaging.
• Due to logistical complexities we will be unable to return goods on our own vehicles.

Other Returns.

• Goods must be checked and any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
• Due to logistical complexities we will be unable to return goods on our own vehicles.
• Photographic evidence may be required.
• In certain situations, i.e. due to HPP error, we will collect & return the goods.
• Items must be replaced in order for them to be returned with no restock charge.
• Goods that we are unable to return to stock will not be credited.
