About Hill's Panel Products

HPP was formed in 1991 with the sole aim of supplying components to the furniture industry in and around Greater Manchester.

Since that time the company and product range have expanded to cover a huge range of full and processed sheet material, vinyl wrapped furniture doors and furniture fittings, delivering to much of the UK. We now have more than 250,000 sq. ft. of warehousing and production space across two sites; our headquarters in Oldham and a satellite unit in Sheffield.

The quality of every HPP-manufactured product is vitally important and goes beyond simply the raw materials that make up the finished item. Continual investment ensures our production processes use the latest technology to increase efficiency as well as enhancing the quality of the finished products. Coupled with our integrated IT system this guarantees a smooth and effective work flow from orders being placed to being delivered to site.

All of which goes towards our ultimate goal, 'to be the best supplier in the furniture industry'.

Board

Sheet material is where it all began for HPP and it continues to be the mainstay of the business. Our expansive range currently includes a spectrum of décors in MFC, MFMDF & HDF, sourced from key industry suppliers with whom we have excellent relationships.

As well as full sheet material we also have our popular off-the-shelf range of 'Cut & Edged' MFC, with the most popular décors available in industry standard widths in both 15 and 18mm board

We offer a comprehensive cut-to-specification service, whereby we can cut and edge sheet material to your exact requirements. We are also able to undertake large-scale strip & component work, both of which are backed with complementary services such as drilling and grooving.

Doors

We have been manufacturing kitchen and bedroom doors for over 25 years and in that time have established ourselves as a leading supplier to the fitted furniture industry. The range has now evolved to offer an unrivalled collection of stock doors, vinyl wrapped and PVC edged doors as well as accessories, samples and complementary products.

Avanti Stock Doors

Avanti is our range of off-the-shelf furniture doors. Available for next day delivery nationwide they offer the perfect solution where a quick turnaround is required. At 22mm thick they look and feel high quality compared to a standard 18mm door, with both traditional and contemporary styles available, with each range available in all the most common sizes and with a selection of accessories.

Vinyl Wrapped Door Collection

Every door in the vinyl wrapped collection is manufactured on site to bespoke sizes: our range of styles and colours is constantly evolving with the latest market trends. Every door is backed up by an extensive range of coordinating accessories and complementary services such as hinge hole drilling and glazing options.

Aspects - PVC Edged Doors

Our PVC Edged Doors collection is split into two ranges:

Aspects Acrylic : Made from Acrylic faced MDF these are premium high gloss door components that boast supreme gloss levels and scratch resistance.

Aspects Optima : Choose from our entire range of 18mm MFC boards, with either matching edging tape or Egger Accent Edging tape allowing you to create eye-catching designs which focus on the edge as a design feature.

All PVC edged doors are made-to-measure, covering the most popular sizes of kitchen and bedroom drawers and doors as well as accessories such as end panels, cornices, pelmets and plinths.

Glide Sliding Doors

Our made-to-measure Glide sliding doors use a high quality aluminium track and frame system with a superior built-in soft close mechanism. Manufactured with quick lead times, our sliding doors are available in a vast range of panel finishes, with a choice of panel designs and combinations. Glide Doors offer a premium touch for bedrooms or any other suitable room installations.

Fittings

Our fittings range comprises a comprehensive package of products for almost every application. HPP is the one of the biggest distributors of Blum products in the UK and as such we enjoy an excellent relationship with the well-respected multi-national fittings supplier. We carry a wide selection of Blum products in stock and can arrange special orders for anything we do not supply off the shelf.

Prefabricated flat pack cabinets are also available off-the-shelf in a variety of colours and wide range of sizes to cover all common designs and applications. In addition to this, we also provide preassembled drawer packs and offer a made-to-measure preassembled drawer ordering service for the ultimate in convenience and hassle-free installations.

To complete any room we also offer high quality ranges of handles, sinks and taps, kitchen wirework, bedroom wirework and lighting options. Finally our extensive range of accessories and fixings means we truly are a one-stop-shop when it comes to buying everything you need for the job.

Worktops

The HPP range of kitchen worktops features both laminate and solid surfaces from traditional décors to stylish slimline options for minimalist design requirements.

We feature a range of worktops from Egger and Kronospan - both collections have numerous styles, colours and finishes to complement any on-trend or traditional kitchen build.

Our stocked worktops offer an outstanding choice of high quality together with uncompromising attention to detail across the range.

And with a nod to traditional values and materials, real oak worktops bring a hardwearing, strong and natural offering to the HPP collection.
