Six new on-trend uni-colours and two new woodgrains have been added to our Egger Decorative Collection range. They draw on the emergence of warm pastel tones and multiple colours running alongside each other in kitchens, bedrooms and other living spaces.
To meet the demand for these warm, understated tones, our Diamond partner manufacturer Egger has introduced a selection called Silent Solid Colours, fully aligned with the shift towards pastel shades, all available to order in 18mm MFC with matching edging.
The new colours are:
- Almond Beige - a warm, beige colour tone with a slight reddish tint. It does not appear too colourful and brings with it a subtle colour tone.
- Carat Beige - with warm grey tones instead of the harsh yellow tones previously seen, this combines well with black accents to create a warm, light and modern interior.
- Cubanit Grey - a light warm grey, it can be used as a neutral solid colour, creating a harmonious pairing with woodgrains that have grey elements.
- Misty Blue - another new colour tone that is a shade darker than the existing Denim Blue décor. It works well in combination with light to medium woodgrains.
- Reed Green - a natural green shade that does not appear too colourful due to its grey components. Combine it with woods in medium to dark brown natural shades for a natural and elegant look.
- Rusty Red - a new colour tone that is intense but not too colourful. The use of grey pigments give this colour a high-quality look that works well in combination with both woodgrain and material décors.

Paint colours from the likes of Farrow & Ball, Lick and Coat, have paved the way for pastel tones and, as a result, people are looking to source furniture that blends in tonal layers.
"Pastel tones have taken on the challenge of replacing cool grey as the base colour and are succeeding so far! Instead of one dominant colour leading the way, we are now seeing multiple colour trends running alongside each other."
