2018 Calendar Competition: And the winners are...

This year's Calendar Photo Competition gave us some fabulous images to view, and our panel of judges some serious head-scratching trying to agree on the twelve images that will appear in HPP's 2018 wall calendar. Now that the judges have done their bit, we're finally ready to reveal next year's perfect prints!

A large number of our trade customers submitted entries, and as with last year's competition, the quality of images was extremely high, making the judging process a very difficult one.

In keeping with the unbiased judging format, our panel was made up of office staff who were shown only images; no names or account details were provided. This ensured the selection process was as impartial as possible and that the winners were chosen solely on the quality of the images presented.

So without further ado, we're very excited to present the twelve winning images and of course, the top three images which win some fabulous prizes!

  • Steve Draper (January and August)
  • Jeff Scales (February)
  • Ken Lester (March and September)
  • Colin Metcalfe (April)
  • Graeme Cave (May and November)
  • Mick Barnett (June)
  • David Rawlins (July)
  • David Ellis (October)
  • Del Russo (December)
And the lucky prizes winners & their images are:
  • 1st Prize - Ken Lester - March
  • 2nd Prize - Steve Draper - June
  • 3rd Prize - Graeme Cave - May

Congratulations to the finalists for their superb images, and thanks to all of you who took part. We hope you enjoy your 2018 calendar which will be posted out to our trade customers throughout December.
