We are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of an extra 6,000 square feet at our Sheffield facility, which increases our warehousing space at this site to a total of 24,000 square feet.
The expansion comes as part of ever increasing customer demand for our range of over 6,000 products, many of which are available for next day delivery. The Sheffield site therefore plays an integral part in helping to distribute these products across the country to our customers quickly and efficiently, acting as a key part of our Northern operation.
Another key reason for the expansion is thanks to our increasing range of Egger Decorative Collection boards, which have been introduced as part of our recently acquired Egger Platinum Stockist status, which we gained earlier this year.
Sheffield branch manager, Mike Dawson, said: "We're thoroughly pleased to have expanded the warehousing operation in order to hold and distribute a larger quantity and wider variety of products to our customer base. It is an exciting new chapter in HPP's ever expanding product range and offerings, and one that will see service levels to our customers rise even further. We look forward to bringing many more products to our customers from our newly expanded warehouse here in Sheffield, as there are more developments in the pipeline for the year ahead."
